Job Description: RF Planning & Optimization Expert for 4G/5G Network Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled RF Planning & Optimization Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, optimization, and performance enhancement of 4G/5G networks. This role requires a deep understanding of RF principles, network architecture, and the latest technologies in mobile communications. Key Responsibilities: RF Planning and Design: Develop and implement RF planning strategies for 4G/5G networks. Conduct site surveys and RF coverage analysis. Design and optimize network coverage and capacity. Utilize RF planning tools and software for network design. Network Optimization: Perform network performance analysis and optimization. Identify and resolve network issues to enhance performance. Conduct drive tests and analyze data to improve network quality. Implement parameter changes and software updates for optimization. Performance Monitoring: Monitor network performance metrics and KPIs. Generate reports on network performance and optimization activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability. Technical Support: Provide technical support for network deployment and maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve RF-related issues. Assist in the development of technical documentation and guidelines. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in RF planning and optimization for 4G/5G networks. Proficiency in RF planning tools (e.g., Atoll, Planet, Asset). Strong understanding of 4G/5G technologies and network architecture. Experience with drive test tools and post-processing software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience with Massive MIMO, Beamforming, and other advanced 5G technologies. Knowledge of network automation and AI-driven optimization techniques. Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei). Location: Bangalore,Delhi-NCR, Mumbai
