Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and testing process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects by managing the development team and coordinating with stakeholders. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team members, helping them enhance their skills and knowledge. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document system requirements, design specifications, and test plans. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development and testing process. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to improve application performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with TestNG, Test Automation Strategy. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks using Selenium. - Hands-on experience in writing and executing automated test scripts. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with version control systems like Git or SVN. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based in Coimbatore. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
