Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the application development process and contribute to the success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Create technical specifications and design documents. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Conduct unit testing and resolve defects. - Participate in system integration testing and support user acceptance testing. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Mentor and guide junior professionals in the team. - candidate with a minimum of 9 years of experience as a Techno-Functional consultant in Oracle-EPM FCCS. - candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing EPM cloud solutions, with at least 2 successful implementations - Should be able to lead the implementation and configuration of FCCS solution within the organization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design the system architecture, and ensure successful deployment Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC). - Experience in designing and developing applications based on business requirements. - Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL. - Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). - Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle Essbase. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud (OFC). - Experience in data modeling and performance tuning. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - experience to set up the FCCS application according to business requirements - defining hierarchies, metadata, calculation rules, translation process, journal setup, intercompany setup, task manager N security settings Understanding of Income statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow setup, diff methods of consolidation N their calculations N disclosure - Should have worked with configuring the EPM integration age, web forms, smart view N FR Studio reports, knowledge of loading data using Data Mgmt Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC). - This position is based at our Mumbai office but should be ready to travel and work in shifts. - A 15 years full time education is required. BE and/Finance background recommended.
