Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing technical guidance to achieve project objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW on HANA Data Modeling & Development. - Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques. - Experience in developing and optimizing SAP BW on HANA solutions. - Hands-on experience with SAP HANA Studio and SAP BW/4HANA. - Knowledge of SAP data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP BW on HANA models. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BW on HANA Data Modeling & Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
