Summary: As a Service Management Lead, you will own the client aspects of service management for one or more outsourcing contracts. You will lead the day-to-day management of contract operations and performance, investing in the overall growth of the outsourcing contract and its financial performance. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the success of the contracts and maintaining strong client relationships. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage the day-to-day operations of outsourcing contracts. - Ensure contract performance meets or exceeds client expectations. - Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful contract outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework. - Strong understanding of service management principles and best practices. - Experience in managing outsourcing contracts and vendor relationships. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze complex situations and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
