Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design and develop Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components. - Customize and configure Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Service Cloud. - Implement and maintain integrations with other systems and platforms. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices. - Assist in the documentation of technical specifications and user guides. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Development, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing custom Salesforce solutions. - Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL. - Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with Salesforce data migration and integration tools. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
