Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems. Your typical day will involve analyzing business requirements, designing and developing applications, and ensuring they meet the desired functionality and quality standards. You will also engage with multiple teams and contribute to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Design and develop applications based on business requirements - Ensure applications meet functionality and quality standards - Analyze and understand business requirements - Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) - Strong understanding of software engineering principles - Experience in application development and configuration - Knowledge of programming languages and frameworks - Familiarity with database management systems - Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
