Summary: As an Operations Architect, you will define the operations architecture, ensuring that it supports the business requirements and performance goals. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing efficient and scalable infrastructure solutions to meet the organization's needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and providing strategic solutions to optimize operations and enhance performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure efficient and effective operations architecture design. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define operational requirements. - Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions to meet business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Strong understanding of infrastructure management principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing operations architecture. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in infrastructure management. - Experience with infrastructure automation and orchestration tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. - Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
