Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the specified timeline and budget. Professional & Technical Skills: • Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical components, including plugins, workflows, customizations, and integrations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design technical solutions that meet those requirements. • Perform code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and scalability. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical components. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical and Functional skills, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. • Experience in power automate. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
