Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the application development process and ensure successful implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process - Ensure timely delivery of applications - Provide technical guidance and support to the team Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Reinsurance - Strong understanding of risk management principles - Experience in reinsurance software applications - Knowledge of underwriting and claims processing - Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the reinsurance industry Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Reinsurance - This position is based at our Pune office - 8 years full-time education is required
