Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical solutions and providing technical expertise to the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries and issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to application development and implementation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform. - Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes. - Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical using X++ and C#. - Knowledge of integration technologies and tools such as Azure Logic Apps and Data Integrator. - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Ability to design and develop custom reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
