Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and analyze business needs. - Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Technical solutions. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on SAP SuccessFactors Integrations. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Integrations. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Technical. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development. - Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Technical concepts and architecture. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Technical solutions. - Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration with other systems. - Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors data models and data migration techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Technical. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
