Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects in Jaipur. You will lead a team in the software development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the team in software development projects. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM z/OS. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. - Experience in configuring and developing software systems. - Knowledge of technologies and tools used in software development. - Hands-on experience in applying methodologies and processes in software development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in IBM z/OS. - This position is based at our Jaipur office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
