Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented across multiple teams, while maintaining a focus on project delivery and optimization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management, Workday Project Management (PM). - Strong understanding of application design and configuration processes. - Experience with agile methodologies and project delivery optimization. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A proven track record in managing Workday implementations and optimizing project delivery through agile methodologies is required.
