Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems for the entire product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients and projects. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful development and configuration of software systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the software development and configuration process - Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project objectives Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Agile PLM - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle - Experience in developing and configuring software systems - Knowledge of technologies, applications, and tools used in software development - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Effective communication and collaboration abilities Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Agile PLM - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
