Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design software solutions. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to implement software solutions. - Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the code. - Participate in code reviews to provide feedback and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java, Database Architecture. - Strong understanding of software development principles and practices. - Experience in analyzing requirements and designing software solutions. - Proficient in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. - Familiarity with software testing and debugging techniques. - Knowledge of version control systems and code repositories. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Japanese. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
