Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will apply security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. You will provide services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations to ensure the security of our organization's systems and data. You will analyze security events, investigate incidents, and implement measures to prevent and mitigate security breaches. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze security events and incidents to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. - Investigate security breaches and incidents, and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences. - Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data from unauthorized access. - Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify and respond to security incidents. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security solutions. - Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices. - Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and guidelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Chronicle SIEM and Google Chronicle SOAR. - Strong understanding of security principles, concepts, and best practices. - Experience with security incident response and investigation. - Knowledge of network security protocols and technologies. - Familiarity with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
