You will be responsible for creating a proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production-ready quality. Your role will involve applying GenAI models as part of the solution, and may also include deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. - Design and develop AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. - Implement and deploy AI/ML models into production environments. - Perform data analysis and preprocessing to ensure data quality and integrity. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and tools. - Conduct experiments and evaluate the performance of AI/ML models. - Optimize and fine-tune AI/ML models for improved accuracy and efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems. - Document and communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong expertise in AI and machine learning. - Proficiency with AI frameworks and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.). - Strong programming skills (Python, Java, etc.). - Experience in deploying and optimizing AI models. - Experience with cloud AI services and tools. - Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms and techniques. - Hands-on experience with deep learning, neural networks, and image processing. - Experience with chatbot development and natural language processing. - Solid knowledge of data analysis and preprocessing techniques. - Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark. - Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
