Job Description

Project Role : Operations Engineer
Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
Must have skills : Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration
Good to have skills : NA

Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of production systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and contribute to process improvements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance. - Contribute to process improvements. - Provide technical support and guidance to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with virtualization technologies. - Strong understanding of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - Experience in managing and troubleshooting Citrix environments. - Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
