Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. You will evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve leading the testing team, implementing quality processes, and driving the adoption of automation and innovative testing solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the testing team in implementing quality processes - Drive the adoption of automation and innovative testing solutions - Ensure the team performs efficiently and effectively Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Core Banking - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices - Experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks - Proficient in test automation tools such as Selenium or Appium - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Automated Testing - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
