Project Role Description : Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the application development process and contribute to the success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Create technical design documents and specifications. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Conduct unit testing and resolve defects. - Participate in system integration testing and support user acceptance testing. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Mentor and guide junior professionals in the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Workday Core Integrations. - Knowledge of Workday integration tools and technologies. - Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Studio. - Familiarity with Workday HCM and Financials modules. - Experience with Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. - This position is open for all locations in INDIA. - A 15 years full time education is required.
