Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters. - Oversee the entire application development process. - Ensure successful implementation of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Kafka. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Architecture. - Strong understanding of distributed messaging systems like Apache Kafka. - Experience in designing and implementing Apache Kafka-based solutions. - Hands-on experience in configuring and managing Apache Kafka clusters. - Knowledge of Kafka Connect and Kafka Streams. - Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning of Apache Kafka. - Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and microservices. - Experience in integrating Apache Kafka with other systems and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Apache Kafka. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
