Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Advanced Available to Promise Experience is a must. 2. Implementing and maintaining aATP functionalities to ensure efficient and accurate order processing. 3. Managing and prioritizing back orders to optimize fulfillment and customer satisfaction. 4. Conducting real-time availability checks across multiple supply chain nodes. 5. Developing and maintaining back-order processing strategies to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment. 6. Using SAP tools to reschedule and prioritize back orders based on predefined rules and criteria. 7. Expected to perform independently and become an SME. 8. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. 9. Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems. 10. Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. 11. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. 12. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team. 13. Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget. 14. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project. 15. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. 16. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SD & aATP. 2. Strong understanding of SAP SD functionalities and integration with other modules. 3. Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SD to meet business requirements. 4. Hands-on experience in SAP SD implementation projects. 5. Knowledge of SAP SD master data management and procurement processes. 6. Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. 7. Experience in integrating SAP SD with other SAP modules. 8. Knowledge of SAP SD best practices and industry standards. Additional Information: 1. The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP SD. 2. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. 3. 15 years of education is required.
