Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, and configuration of SAP for Retail applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Retail solutions, including store operations, POS integration, and inventory management. - Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and minimizing discrepancies through effective - SAP IM (Inventory Management) and WM (Warehouse Management) practices. - Oversee the integration of POS systems with SAP, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time updates between the store and backend systems. - Utilize SAP tools to generate reports and analyze data, providing insights to support decision-making and improve store performance. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, finance, and supply chain, to ensure cohesive retail operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP for Retail Store Operation. - Experience with eCommerce and omnichannel retail operations. - Knowledge of retail industry best practices and trends. - CAR inbound processing process knowledge - Good To Have Skills: Experience in No Industry Specialization. - Experience in leading the design, build, and configuration of SAP for Retail applications. - Strong technical leadership and guidance skills. - Experience in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Experience in identifying and mitigating project risks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Retail. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful SAP for Retail projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
