Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the applications are developed in line with industry best practices and standards. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and conducting testing and debugging activities. You will also provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Design, develop, integrate and customize applications using Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Configure and integrate applications with other systems and platforms. - Conduct testing and debugging activities to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to application development. - connecting salesforce app to different external systems - Assist in the documentation of technical specifications and user manuals. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. - Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and standards. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - should be well versed with integrations and connecting salesforce app to different external systems - Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization. - Experience with Salesforce integration and data migration. - Familiarity with Salesforce security and access controls. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Aura Components. - Experience with Salesforce Apex programming language. - Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System. - Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud. - Understanding of Salesforce data modeling and database concepts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
