Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams to develop solutions and ensure applications align with business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions - Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges - Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance team performance Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) - Strong understanding of cloud-based integration platforms - Experience in developing and implementing integration solutions - Knowledge of API management and service-oriented architecture - Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud services - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle SOA Suite Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) - This position is based at our Kolkata office - A 15 years full-time education is required
