Your role will involve measuring and communicating progress to leadership within committed time frames, as well as proactively supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Manage the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks. - Collaborate with sponsors to manage scope and risk. - Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost. - Lead delivery and ensure timely completion of projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Delivery. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in managing large, complex projects. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Service Delivery. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
