Job Description

Project Role : Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Must have skills : MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Good to have skills : NA

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and resolving any technical glitches that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues. - Monitor and maintain the performance of critical business systems. - Identify and analyze root causes of application failures and implement corrective actions. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting and knowledge sharing. - Provide timely and effective support to end-users, addressing their technical queries and issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. - Experience with API development and integration using MuleSoft. - Strong understanding of RESTful web services and JSON. - Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and debugging MuleSoft applications. - Solid knowledge of SQL and database concepts. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
