You will be based in Indore and should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. - Manage contracts and ensure effective contract management. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors. - Ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Management. - Strong understanding of service delivery principles and practices. - Experience in managing programs, projects, or managed services. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions.
