Summary: Power Apps Analyst / Packaged App Development Analyst We are looking for a dynamic and proficient Power Platform Technology analyst. Hands on expertise with Power Automate and Power Apps. Solid grasp of business processes and know how to use the Power Platform to transform them into scalable and effective solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Power Platform Technology analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, with a strong understanding of business processes and how to translate them into efficient and scalable solutions using the Power Platform. Roles & Responsibilities: -Develop, customize, and implement Power Apps & Power Automate solutions to meet business requirements. -Design and develop workflows using Power Automate to streamline processes and enhance productivity. -Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the business needs. -Perform unit testing and troubleshooting of Power Platform solutions to ensure reliability and optimal performance. -Administer and maintain the Power Platform environment, including managing security, data governance, and compliance. -Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of the Power Platform and recommend innovative ideas for implementation. Professional & Technical Skills: TECHNICAL- -Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). -Proficiency in building Canvas apps, Model-driven apps, and Power Automate workflows. -Good to have web technologies like html css and Jquery etc. -Basic understanding on Database Management Systems Concepts to integrate Power Platform with Database tools BUSINESS- -Good understanding on Agile methodologies. -Good Analytical & Problem-solving skills -Ability to work independently as a self-starter, and with in a team environment. -Good Written & Verbal Communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
