Summary: As a User Experience Engineer, you will be accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. You will translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent. Your typical day will involve working on prototype development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the seamless integration of design and technology. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with designers and developers to implement user-centered designs. - Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. - Optimize user interfaces for maximum usability and accessibility. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design. - Assist in the development of design guidelines and standards. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience engineering process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Angular. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices. - Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. - Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first principles. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
