Project Role : Operations Engineer
Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
Must have skills : Microsoft SQL Server Administration

Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services. - Manage delivery for production systems based on operational requirements and service agreement. - Monitor and troubleshoot issues in production systems. - Implement and maintain system configurations and settings. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. - Contribute to the development and improvement of operational processes. - Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies. - Document and maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures. - Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support when required. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Database Administration. - Experience with database performance tuning and optimization. - Strong knowledge of database backup and recovery strategies. - Familiarity with database security and access control. - Experience with database monitoring and troubleshooting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. - Understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Database Administration. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
