Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your day will involve ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure adherence to operational requirements - Implement service agreements effectively - Analyze and optimize production systems Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Cloud Support Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Critical Incident Management - This position is based at our Gurugram office - A 15 years full time education is required
