Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to the specified requirements and are aligned with the business goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the application requirements, designing and implementing the application components, and testing and debugging the application to ensure its functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop Pega applications based on business requirements. - Configure and customize Pega applications to meet specific business needs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Ensure the quality and performance of the applications through testing and debugging. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team members. - Stay updated with the latest Pega platform features and best practices. - Identify and resolve any issues or challenges in the application development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform. - Experience in designing and building Pega applications. - Strong knowledge of Pega rules, processes, and case management. - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Pega applications. - Good understanding of business process management and workflow automation. - Experience in integrating Pega applications with external systems. - Knowledge of Pega application deployment and migration processes. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Pega Platform. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
