Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will analyze and design new business processes to create documentation for implementing new processes and technologies. You will partner with the business to define product requirements and participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps and propose solutions. - Develop and maintain process documentation for reference and training purposes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration. - Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure. - Experience in system performance tuning and troubleshooting. - Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts. - Hands-on experience in SAP system upgrades and patch management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
