Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development. Join our team in Bengaluru and contribute to the success of our projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software systems. - Lead and mentor a team of software developers to ensure successful project delivery. - Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes. - Experience in designing and developing user-friendly and responsive UI using SAP UI5. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori design principles and best practices. - Experience with SAP Web IDE and SAPUI5 libraries. - Familiarity with SAP ABAP programming language. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
