Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead), you will lead a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. You will apply business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Your role will involve applying testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the team in developing end-to-end testing strategies. - Apply quality processes and methodologies to drive quality across the application lifecycle. - Define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process. - Oversee test execution and defect resolution. - Ensure the quality of products and services. - Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional. - Strong understanding of quality processes and methodologies. - Experience in developing end-to-end testing strategies. - Knowledge of key metrics for managing and assessing the testing process. - Experience in test execution and defect resolution. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with test automation tools. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional. - This position is based in Noida. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
