Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the applications are designed effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Create technical specifications and design documents. - Ensure that the applications are scalable, secure, and efficient. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to the development team. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Mentor and guide junior professionals in the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Configuration Database & CI Management. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing applications using [PRIMARY SKILL]. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - Familiarity with database management systems. - Experience with version control systems. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL processes. - Recommendation: Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
