Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing software solutions that enhance business operations and improve efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain high-quality software code. - Design and implement software solutions based on business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software functionality and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Worksoft Certify. - Experience with Test Automation Strategy. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C#. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Worksoft Certify. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
