Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects and managing the delivery team. Your typical day will involve overseeing project implementation, collaborating with multiple teams, and making key decisions to ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects - Manage the delivery team and ensure successful project execution - Oversee project implementation and make key decisions to ensure project success Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) - Strong understanding of security governance, risk, and compliance principles - Experience in implementing and managing SAP GRC solutions - Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST - Experience in conducting security risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
