Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement. - Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition, Angular. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications. - Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Proficient in database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL. - Knowledge of cloud platforms and services, such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
