You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. - Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors. - Ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. - Responsible for team decisions and managing the team to perform. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with team members and be an SME in the field. - Contribute to the overall success of the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in NEXThink. - - Strong understanding of service delivery operations. - - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. - - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in NEXThink. - This position is based in Bengaluru. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
