Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the team and collaborate with them to perform effectively. - Manage the team and make decisions regarding project requirements and timelines. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure smooth communication and coordination between different stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Mentor and guide junior professionals in their career development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js, Angular. - Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and building scalable and secure applications. - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. - Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL or MongoDB. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Node.js. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
