Summary: As a Service Management Lead, you will lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable strategic agenda. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. - Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable strategic agenda. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools. - Strong understanding of ITIL framework. - Experience in incident management and problem resolution. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of IT service management tools. - Experience in service level agreement management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
