Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the progress of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned programs and projects. - Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders. - Continuously monitor and report on project progress and performance. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Avanade Scrum Project Management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Experience in leading and managing complex projects and programs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Recommendation: Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or JIRA. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Avanade Scrum Project Management. - This position is based in Gurugram. - A Graduate degree is required.
