Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. - Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable strategic agenda. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Strong understanding of IT service delivery operations. - Experience in managing service delivery projects. - Knowledge of contract management and shared service coordination. - Hands-on experience in stakeholder management. - Familiarity with strategic agenda development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
