Summary: As a Systems Engineering Practitioner, you will design and develop engineering systems associated with physical products. Your typical day will involve managing feature plan implementation, conducting design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA), and ensuring the functionality and integrity of engineering architecture and system integrations. You will also be responsible for performing simulations and test methods to validate the performance of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define system specifications. - Design and develop engineering systems, ensuring feature functionality and integrity. - Conduct design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks. - Perform simulations and test methods to validate the performance of the systems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of feature plans. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in wireless technologies operations. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Wireless Technologies Operations. - Strong understanding of engineering architecture and system integrations. - Experience in conducting design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA). - Knowledge of simulation techniques and test methods. - Familiarity with feature plan implementation and validation processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Wireless Technologies Operations. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
