Summary: As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will enable full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. You will perform continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Additionally, you will create automation strategy, automated scripts, and support data and environment configuration. Your role will involve participating in code reviews, monitoring, and reporting defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Enabling full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration - Performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite - Creating automation strategy, automated scripts, and supporting data and environment configuration - Participating in code reviews, monitoring, and reporting defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met - Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance testing efficiency - Contributing to the development and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and test scripts - Executing test cases and documenting test results - Providing timely and accurate status updates on testing progress Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning - Experience with test automation frameworks and tools - Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices - Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Functional Test Planning - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required
