Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Ensure the delivery of high-quality applications within the specified timelines. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate changes. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Document application design, architecture, and technical specifications. - Train and onboard new team members. - Assist in the estimation and planning of projects. - Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates and new features. - Implement Salesforce best practices and design patterns. - Customize and configure Salesforce applications based on business requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model. - Experience in Apex development and customization. - Hands-on experience with Visualforce pages and controllers. - Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and RESTful APIs. - Experience in Salesforce configuration and customization using declarative tools. - Solid understanding of Salesforce security and sharing settings. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
