Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of SAP for Retail. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business needs, and designing innovative solutions to optimize retail processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design and develop scalable and efficient applications using SAP for Retail. - Create technical specifications and documentation for application design. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality. - Provide support and troubleshooting for application issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance application design and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA. - Strong understanding of retail business processes and industry best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP for Retail solutions. - Knowledge of SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI. - Familiarity with SAP integration technologies and tools. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP for Retail. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
